Your Property

This elegantly designed lodge exudes modern rustic charm, featuring timber accents, wood burning fireplace, plush leather sofas adorned with fluffy sheepskins, and a warm, homely, inviting ambiance. 

The open-plan living area boasts cathedral ceilings, seamlessly connecting the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. 

Cook gourmet meals in the well-equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Automatic ice & filtered water refrigerator, & Delonghi coffee machine.

Sleep soundly on New Zealand made wool beds, in comfortable  bedrooms, each with their own individually controlled air conditioning.

Step outside to discover two expansive, thoughtfully furnished outdoor living areas, enhancing your experience of rest and relaxation amidst stunning surroundings. 

Marvel at the mountain vistas from the comfort of the terrace sofas, or host a delightful BBQ and dine alfresco style with your loved ones. Both outdoor living areas areas are fully fenced/balustraded for child safety, providing peace of mind for families.

Play a game of tennis on the community court (racquets and balls provided),

End your day of exploration and adventure by Indulging in the soothing pristine Hot Tub, with panoramic views by day, and star lit skies by night.


Where you'll sleep

Sleep soundly on luxurious New Zealand made wool beds in spacious, thoughtfully designed bedrooms, complete with organic cotton bed linen. Sleeping a maximum of 6 people, the bedroom configurations are:

Room 1 (upstairs) - 1 x King size bed with ensuite bathroom.

Room 2 (ground floor) - 1 x King size bed.

Room 3 (ground floor) - 2 x King single size beds

(Note: The 2 single beds can be zipped together to create a Super King size bed upon request at time of booking.)

The property is ideally situated just 8 minutes drive from the bustling Queenstown Town Centre, where guests can indulge in a myriad of dining options, boutique shopping, and exhilarating activities. 

The serene setting of the lodge provides a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life, while still allowing easy access to all that Queenstown has to offer.

Conveniently located central to ski fields for winter enthusiasts and is surrounded by the natural beauty of pine forest, offering fresh air and privacy. 

Guest Access 

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, including a private, fully fenced backyard, and a terrace balcony, ideal for families. Private entrance with secure smart lock self-check-in adds an extra layer of convenience, allowing for seamless arrivals and departures. Free on-site parking is available in the private driveway & double garage, for hassle free arrival & departure.

Neighbourhood Highlights

Centrally located in an established, quiet and safe residential neighbourhood, approximately half way between Queenstown Town Centre (8min drive) & Queenstown International Airport (12min drive), and the shopping precinct of '5 Mile' at Frankton.

The property is bordered by pine forest covering Queenstown hill, offering fresh air & privacy. The serene setting gives you a peaceful retreat away from any traffic noise & city lights.

There are two hotels with restaurants and bars, both within walking distance if you choose to dine out locally.

A childrens playground is close-by at Goldfield Reserve.

Things to note

The Queenstown Lakes District Council has specific rules for holiday homes located in residential areas. It states that noise must be kept to a minimum from 8pm to 8am, and outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm and 7am.

The 3 steps into the home & internal stairs, may not be suitable for those who are mobility impaired or for young unsupervised children.

The property features an exterior security camera (above the front door only) for enhanced safety. There are no other cameras located either inside or outside the property.
